The time for "Fair Play
Every year during the Ascension weekend, and since 1987, the site of Combrit-Sainte Marine, which is located in the municipal stadium of Croas Ver, 500m from the town center, hosts the qualifying rounds of the International Tournament of Plomelin Mondial Pupilles. If the tournament has, of course, a sporting vocation, the notions of fair play, cultural exchanges, solidarity, inter-generational meetings and a sense of celebration appear to be the strong values that emerge from it.
A mobilization around the tournament
The centre of Combrit Sainte Marine benefits of a recognition of conviviality from the visitors, the result of the involvement of 80 very strong volunteers from the community.
The Combrit Ste Marine Football Club, with 150 members, mobilizes every year for the Mondial Pupilles. Senior players, managers, volunteers and the football school are present throughout the week to welcome the teams from all over the world.
